Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting residents with their daily needs, including personal care and medication management
  • Assisting with meal times and ensuring residents have access to food and drink
  • Following individualized care plans to ensure each resident receives the best possible care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexibly and as part of a team
