About the Position:

This Senior Care Assistant role presents a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of Care Assistants in providing high-quality care to residents
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver safe and effective care
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet individual resident needs

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

You'll need to possess an NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care and have experience working in a care setting. A strong understanding of clinical care for the elderly is also essential.
