The Role
This fixed-term contract role offers the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team, supporting the smooth running of our offices and providing efficient administrative support. The successful candidate will be responsible for office cover, dealing with incoming/outgoing post, arranging couriers, ordering stationery, replenishing printers and kitchens, and raising and escalating any facilities issues.

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000-£38,000 per year, depending on experience. This figure is based on national averages for similar positions in Edinburgh.

Your Skills and Qualifications
We're looking for someone with IT literacy, proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Previous office experience would be advantageous, as would good knowledge of these software packages. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt communication style as required.
