Technical Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at ASSA ABLOY. As a key member of our Operations team, you will build strong relationships with our customer site teams and establish yourself as a technical authority within those teams and within our organization.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support to ensure that on-site solutions meet customer needs and technical feasibility
  • Conducting site surveys and technical sign-offs
  • Validating installation and commissioning instructions and requirements
  • Issuing RAMs/SoWs to site teams ahead of installation and commissioning
  • Articulating access restrictions and requirements, including creation of lift plans as needed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a similar management role
  • IOSH or equivalent qualification and SMSTS qualification
  • Strong knowledge of 18th edition IET wiring regulations
  • Good understanding of PC hardware, fire & security installations, networking, structured cabling, and routing
  • Ability to produce and annotate drawings
  • ALLMI Appointed Person certification
