Technical Account Manager
We are seeking a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at ASSA ABLOY. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for building personal relationships with customer site teams and maintaining a reputation as a technical authority. You will work closely with the Biosite installation and service managers to ensure customers receive a professional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to ensure on-site solutions meet customer needs and technical feasibility.
- Conduct site surveys and technical sign-off.
- Validate installation and commissioning instructions and requirements.
- Issue RAMs/SoWs to site teams ahead of installation and commissioning.
- Articulate access restrictions and requirements, including creation of lift plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar management role.
- IOSH or equivalent qualification and SMSTS qualification.
- Strong knowledge of 18th edition IET wiring regulations.
- Good understanding of PC hardware, fire & security installations, networking, structured cabling & routing.
- Ability to produce and annotate drawings.
- ALLMI Appointed Person.
