Account Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Management Professional to join our team at In-pact accountancy Ltd. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing exceptional levels of customer care, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing prompt and professional service.
  • Produce client documentation within defined time-scales.
  • Generate and issue new contracts and monitor returns.
  • Arrange new deliveries and collections, and re-allocate as required.
  • Handle and solve client queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and generate monthly customer invoicing and recharges.
  • Generate and authorise external supplier orders.
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc client reports within defined time-scales.
  • Provide advice on rescheduling and early termination.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of account management experience/sales administration experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
