We are in search of a committed and proficient Administrative Coordinator to deliver timely and professional support to the FISS Leadership Team. In this capacity, you will assist the Compliance Officer and Personal Assistant with calendar management, documentation of meeting minutes, and various administrative functions, ensuring the efficient operation of office systems and the seamless execution of administrative duties.

It is essential in this role to adhere to all internal policies and procedures while completing internal schedules promptly. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the capability to maintain high standards in their work.

Key Responsibilities

You will facilitate meeting arrangements, create agendas, and ensure that all necessary documents are distributed in a timely manner. Furthermore, you will be responsible for recording minutes during Divisional meetings, ensuring they meet the required standards.

Your duties will also include procuring office supplies for the team and managing your workload efficiently to provide adaptable support to colleagues within the department. This position involves processing HR documentation, travel and expense reimbursements, and maintaining precise records. You will assist with the complaints management process for the Division and ensure that personnel files are kept in accordance with Trust Policy.

Qualifications and Experience

  • GCSEs or equivalent - One in English Language
  • NVQ Level 3 in Administration (or equivalent)
