Therapy Intervention Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled mental health rehabilitation expert to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and support staff, to ensure seamless patient care.
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy interventions, working with individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges.
- Develop and deliver personalized treatment plans that promote independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
An estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £70,000 per annum.

RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you must have:
- A degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Previous experience in mental health settings, preferable but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate patients.
- A proactive approach to continuous professional development and willingness to participate in supervision and training.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
