**Occupational Therapist Job Description**

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team at Eden Brown Synergy. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients achieve their goals and improve their overall quality of life.

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and evaluate occupational therapy interventions, including individual and group sessions.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
  • Contribute to discharge planning and ensure smooth transition back to the community.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records.

**Requirements:**

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Previous experience in mental health settings, preferable but not essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
