Occupational Therapist Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST to join our dedicated Therapy team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality occupational therapy interventions, working with individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual and group therapy interventions tailored to the needs of patients.
- Develop and deliver personalized treatment plans that promote independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and support staff.
An estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced occupational therapist to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual and group therapy interventions, as well as developing and delivering personalized treatment plans that promote independence and well-being.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and support staff, to ensure seamless patient care.
RequirementsTo be considered for this position, you must have:
- A degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Previous experience in mental health settings, preferable but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate patients.
- A proactive approach to continuous professional development and willingness to participate in supervision and training.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
