About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a dedicated Mental Health Nurse to join our forward-thinking, reputable provider of specialist residential care and education for vulnerable children. As part of our expanding multidisciplinary clinical team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop individualized therapeutic plans for children
  • Work collaboratively with the education and care team to ensure effective implementation of the therapeutic framework
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to children and their families

We are looking for an experienced Mental Health Nurse who can demonstrate a genuine interest in working with children and young people with complex mental health needs and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Requirements
  • NMC registration as a Mental Health Nurse
  • Experience working with children and young people with challenging mental health backgrounds
  • Good understanding of crisis and psychosocial interventions, Mental Health Act
  • Clear DBS
