About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional tenant relations, and seamless maintenance management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Operations: Manage and coordinate all aspects of assigned properties.
  • Tenant & Landlord Relations: Build strong connections and respond quickly to their needs.
  • Property Maintenance: Schedule repairs and renovations, ensuring timely completion.
  • Inspections: Conduct regular checks for safety and compliance.
  • Contractor Liaison: Engage with trusted service providers to secure quality, cost-effective work.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all properties meet current standards and regulations.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in property management or a similar role, solid understanding of property management principles and industry best practices, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong multitasking and organisational abilities, and a valid driver's license and reliable transport.
