About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketplace Consultant to join our Strategic Account Services team in Amazon UK Services Ltd. As a Marketplace Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our third-party sellers to drive their business growth and program satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 10-12 sellers to develop individual strategies, manage timelines, expectations, and own communications.
  • Run business analyses to produce recommendations and actionable insights using a wide set of analytical tools to interpret customer data.
  • Use your comprehensive Amazon knowledge to understand sellers' needs and leverage our solutions for their priorities.
  • Support execution and operational troubleshooting by guiding the execution of strategic plans, answering ad-hoc questions, and helping overcome operational and subject-specific challenges.
  • Build relationships by gaining the trust of each managed seller through close collaboration and delivering results.
  • Coach sellers on Amazon's solutions and news to enhance their knowledge about selling on Amazon.
  • Prepare and present performance deep dives to facilitate a monthly discussion around business progress, current challenges, and strategic plans with your selling partner.
  • Become an expert in a specific subject within our service organization, supporting peers, inventing processes/tools to benefit internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS) or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical skills allowing the interpretation of complex data sets using Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent.
