Marketplace Support Specialist

The Marketplace Support team at Deliveroo plays a vital role in bridging the gap between operations and long-term goals. As a Marketplace Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing relationships and performance of third-party vendors, ensuring maximum value, efficiency, and customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day relationships with vendors to resolve operational issues and stay up-to-date on new capabilities and product improvements
  • Ensuring accurate and timely financial reconciliation, including costs, allocations, payments, and reporting
  • Working on projects to support long-term strategy, partnering with teams across the business to achieve specific goals

Requirements

We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in operations or vendor management, with a track record of managing million-dollar contracts and relationships. You should be detail-oriented, action-oriented, and have experience working in cross-functional projects. Solid analytical skills, including Excel pivot tables and INDEX MATCH, are also essential.
