As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our marketplace sellers, ensuring a smooth and efficient launch process, and providing ongoing support to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support seller onboarding, working closely with the marketplace team to deliver rapid and efficient launches.
  2. Provide expert support to new sellers, helping them navigate our platform and functional tools.
  3. Develop in-depth knowledge of our third-party marketplace platform (Mirakl) and related MW systems, focusing on product data.
  4. Be the primary point of contact for seller issue resolution and provide ongoing support to drive growth.
  5. Execute all upload, moderation, review, and optimisation activities for MW Marketplace sellers' product data.
  6. Maintain and develop the MW Marketplace product hierarchy and attributes, ensuring alignment with our own-brand catalogue.
  7. Monitor changes in content requirements from sellers and work with development to implement.
  8. Collaborate with sellers to maximise product content quality and drive growth.
  9. Work with IT Development on platform changes related to seller onboarding and product content.
  10. Identify and improve efficiencies in the marketplace seller experience with the marketplace team.
  11. Present ideas and updates to all levels of seniority.

Requirements:

  1. eCommerce experience, preferably with marketplace experience.
  2. High attention to detail, particularly when working with large datasets.
  3. Technical understanding and ability to upskill on new systems easily.
  4. Ability to engage with external customers confidently and build credible relationships.
  5. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Adept at managing multiple concurrent projects and prioritising your workload accordingly.
