Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and dedicated Special Educational Needs Teacher to join our team. As a Special Educational Needs Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and delivering personalized education programs for children with special educational needs.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with colleagues and parents
  • Conduct assessments to identify student strengths and areas for improvement
  • Create engaging and interactive lesson plans to cater to diverse learning styles
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and adjust education plans accordingly

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Relevant teaching qualification and experience working with children with SEND
  • Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and policies
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
