TeacherActive is an organization dedicated to providing exceptional educational experiences for children with special needs in Oxford. We cater to both primary and secondary pupils, creating inclusive, aspirational, and progressive learning environments.
We are seeking a compassionate and driven teaching professional with a strong background in supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). This role requires someone who can engage fully with pupils, build positive relationships, and foster an environment where children can explore, learn, and grow.
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience working with children and young people with SEND, including autism, learning disabilities, and physical or sensory needs.
- A relevant teaching qualification or equivalent experience in an educational setting.
- A flexible and proactive approach, with a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
- The ability to travel to the site (own transport preferred but not essential).
This opportunity offers a salary range of **£25,000 - £40,000 per annum**, depending on experience, plus market-leading rates of pay. As a valued member of our team, you will also receive a referral scheme and PAYE payment system.
