We are excited to offer a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Primary Teacher to join our team as a Year 3 Educator at Wayman Learning Trust. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the academic and personal growth of students.
**Job Overview:**
This is a permanent, full-time position starting in January 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality education to Year 3 students, ensuring their academic and personal growth. They will join a supportive and dynamic team of educators who are committed to creating a stimulating and nurturing learning environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons to meet the diverse needs of Year 3 students.
- Develop and implement curriculum materials in collaboration with colleagues.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other school activities.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching Year 3 students in a primary school setting.
- Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest educational practices.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
**Estimated Salary:** £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
