Year 3 Classroom Educator

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Year 3 Teacher to join our team at the Wayman Learning Trust in Didcot, Oxfordshire. As a key member of our educational team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our students.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to Year 4 students, focusing on their academic and personal growth. You will work closely with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 3 students.
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to promote student engagement and motivation.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback and setting targets for improvement.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behavior and positive relationships.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns.
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other school activities as required.
What We Offer
