Nurse Seekers seeks a dedicated Early Years Educator to join our homely term time day nursery near Oxford.

Main Responsibilities
  • To create a safe and welcoming environment for children, adhering to policies and procedures at all times.
  • To ensure consistent, high-quality care and education for all children, protecting them from harm or abuse.
  • To lead observations and assessments of children's learning and development, contributing to planning and providing stimulating activities based on EYFS.
  • To work in partnership with parents/carers, building trust and open communication through regular updates.
  • To comply with risk assessment requirements, maintaining accurate records as needed.

The successful candidate can look forward to a competitive salary of £28,500 per annum, plus additional benefits including in-house training and career progression opportunities.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care and education, with a passion for creating engaging environments for children.
  • Show experience in observing and assessing children's learning and development, with a focus on identifying individual needs and areas for growth.
