We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Year 2/3 Teacher to join our dynamic team of educators. In this part-time role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students and contribute to the development of a stimulating and nurturing learning environment.

About the Role

This position involves teaching Year 2/3 students and ensuring their academic and personal growth. You will join a supportive and dynamic team of educators who are committed to creating a safe and inclusive classroom environment.

Responsibilities

  • Teach Year 2/3 students and ensure their academic and personal growth
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and share best practices
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback and targets for improvement
  • Contribute to staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other school activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Proven experience teaching Year 2/3 students in a primary school setting
  • Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners

Estimated Salary: £38,000 - £50,000 per annum
