Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our leadership team as Lead Educational Director, SEN Programs. As part of Acorn Education, a leading provider of specialist education and care, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for improving outcomes for vulnerable pupils and young people.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of our students
• Collaborate with the Head Teacher and leadership team to secure high standards throughout the school
• Ensure compliance with good safeguarding procedures and principles
• Act as overall curriculum coordinator and manager across the school
• Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure seamless delivery of education and care programs

Required Qualifications and Experience
• Degree and QTS
• Proven experience in leading educational teams and developing curriculum programs
• Strong understanding of SEN Code of Practice and relevant legislation

• Competitive salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
