Nurse Seekers is seeking an experienced Nursery Nurse Professional to join our team in a term time role.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and passionate Nursery Nurse to make a real difference in the lives of young children. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in our nursery.

Main Duties
  1. Design and implement engaging activities and lessons that meet the individual needs of each child, aligned with the EYFS framework.
  2. Lead observations and assessments of children's learning and development, using this information to inform planning and improve outcomes.
  3. Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and achievements.
  4. Maintain accurate records of children's learning and development, complying with risk assessment requirements as necessary.

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £32,000 per annum, plus benefits including in-house training and career progression opportunities.

Requirements
  • Level 3 Qualified Nursery Nurse
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Be committed to providing high-quality care and education, with a passion for creating engaging and stimulating environments for children.
  • Show experience in leading observations and assessments, with a focus on identifying individual needs and areas for growth.
