We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Busy Bees Day Nursery and preschool in Oxford Ladygrove. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the daily activities of the nursery, including preparing materials, resources, and equipment.
  • Assist in observing, assessing, and planning for the development of children in your care.
  • Encourage and praise children's achievements, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £23,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including 28 days' holiday, birthday off, childcare discounts, health and wellbeing apps, and NEST pension with a 3% employer contribution.
