About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing targeted support to students on a 1:1 or group basis, managing classroom environments, and collaborating with our Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to adapt education plans and assess progress.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Student Support: Providing tailored assistance to students, promoting academic growth and well-being.
  • Classroom Management: Ensuring a safe and productive learning environment, delivering lesson material adjusted to meet individual needs.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with SENCO to refine education plans, tracking student progress, and implementing strategies to enhance learning outcomes.
