Culinary Team Member

Sodexo, a leading food services company, is seeking a highly skilled Culinary Team Member to join their team at Vauxhall Barracks in Didcot.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional culinary services to our armed forces personnel, improving their quality of life every day. As a member of the Sodexo team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you can grow and develop your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in running service, preparation, and other duties in the busy working kitchen
- Ensure strict adherence to all EHO guidelines and systems
- Work collaboratively with the FOH team to drive service excellence
- Monitor sanitation practices to ensure that employees follow standards and regulations
- Prepare, produce, and present food to the highest standard
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent experience in a busy kitchen environment
- Basic IT skills
- Experience in menu production and confident input
- Exposure to bulk cooking
- The enthusiasm to develop and learn new skills
