Job Title: Leadership in Care

Fitzroy Support is seeking an experienced leader in care to join our team in Oxfordshire.

We provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism, some of whom are non-verbal. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality care, and we are seeking an exceptional new leader in care to join us.

This role offers a challenging and rewarding career path, with opportunities for professional growth and development. You will be responsible for leading a team of support workers and providing guidance on best practice in care delivery.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in leadership and management, with experience of working with vulnerable adults. A salary of £39,000 - £44,000 per annum is available for this role, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care to individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on best practice in care delivery.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. social work, psychology).
  • Experience of working with vulnerable adults.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
