Senior Manager Role Summary

This Deputy Service Manager position is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a challenging role supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives. As a senior member of our team, you will play a vital part in ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered, promoting independence and choice for those we support.

Hft is a respected charity that supports adults with learning disabilities, striving to create a society where everyone has the chance to live within their community with all the choices and support they need.

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of our supported living activities/services, ensuring high-quality support is delivered while promoting independence and choice. You will work closely with the Service Manager, overseeing key areas of the service and managing staff to ensure excellent support is provided to those we serve.

The salary for this role is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience, and includes a comprehensive package of benefits, including annual leave, career development opportunities, and wellbeing services.

Requirements
  • Substantial experience in a similar management role, preferably in the field of learning disabilities
  • Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation, CQC regulations, and Health and Safety procedures
  • Possess strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire staff
