Social Support Professional

At Style Acre, we are committed to providing exceptional support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism. We are seeking a dedicated and caring Social Support Professional to join our team in Didcot and surrounding areas.
We offer flexible working hours, weekdays between 9-4pm, with part-time positions available. Our ideal candidate will have a full UK driving license and use of their own vehicle.
As a Social Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism to increase their independence and engagement in their community. This may involve accompanying them to the gym, cycling, shopping, or supporting them with appointments and trips out.
We provide comprehensive training and development opportunities, including paid mileage, FREE ongoing training, career development through management training programmes, and Senior Support Worker roles. Additionally, you can access a Diploma in Health and Social Care, enjoy employee benefits with Perkbox, and benefit from a 5% Employer Pension Contribution.
