Key Accountabilities:
  • Educational Planning: Create personalized EHCPs to promote academic and emotional progress.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster open communication with colleagues to develop a cohesive support network.
  • Crisis Management: Employ effective strategies to address behavioral challenges and de-escalate conflicts.
