About the Role:
This Higher Level Teaching Assistant position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of students with additional needs.
You will work closely with the SENCO and senior leadership team to develop and implement tailored support plans that cater to each student's individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted interventions to support student progress and attainment
- Collaborate with teachers to adapt lesson material and assess student understanding
- Contribute to the development of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and review meetings
- Mentor and support colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge
