About the Role

This role requires an individual with experience in creating inclusive and aspirational learning environments that cater to the unique needs of each student.

Main Responsibilities
  • To develop and deliver tailored education programs for students with SEN, taking into account their EHCPs.
  • To establish and maintain positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • To engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Essential Requirements
  • Relevant teaching qualification or equivalent experience in an educational setting.
  • Proven ability to work with children and young people with SEN, including those with autism, learning disabilities, and physical or sensory needs.
  • Flexibility and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
  • Ability to travel to the site (own transport preferred but not essential).
Benefits Package
  • A competitive salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
