A Key Stage 2 education specialist is required to join our client, a successful and multicultural primary school rated Outstanding by Ofsted.
About the Role:This position offers a collaborative environment within a small academy trust that values teamwork, creativity, and high-quality education.
Job Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver structured lessons aligned with national curriculum requirements, creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for students.
- Evaluate, monitor, and support pupil progress, adapting teaching methods as needed, and promote good behaviour, managing classrooms effectively and ensuring pupil wellbeing.
- A passionate and committed teacher who brings creativity, challenge, and enjoyment to the classroom, building positive, respectful relationships with pupils and colleagues.
- Demonstrates strong curriculum knowledge and effective teaching strategies, dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- A well-behaved and eager-to-learn student body in a welcoming and vibrant environment, supportive leadership and professional development opportunities, and a modern and well-equipped school building with extensive grounds.
£35,000 - £40,000 per annum.
