Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Key Stage 2 teacher to join our team at Connecting Education. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality education and fostering a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £35-40k per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a supportive leadership team, professional development opportunities, and a beautiful modern school building with extensive grounds.

Job Responsibilities

  • Teaching and Lesson Planning: Plan and deliver well-structured lessons aligned with the national curriculum, promoting creativity, challenge, and enjoyment in the classroom.
  • Classroom Management: Foster a positive, respectful relationship with pupils and colleagues, ensuring good behaviour, effective classroom management, and pupil wellbeing.
  • Pupil Progress: Assess, monitor, and support pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed to achieve the best outcomes.
