Primary School Teacher for a Dynamic Team

We are seeking a dedicated and supportive Teacher for a highly regarded school in Southeast England starting in November 2024. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of educators who are committed to creating a stimulating and nurturing learning environment.
As a Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education to Year 2/3 students, ensuring their academic and personal growth. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team that aims to create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respectful behaviour and positive relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). They will have proven experience teaching Year 2/3 students in a primary school setting, excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities will include planning, preparing, and delivering lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students. You will implement appropriate teaching strategies to engage and inspire students, assess and monitor student progress, and provide regular feedback and setting targets for improvement.
The successful candidate will be a team player who is committed to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest educational practices. They will be flexible and adaptable, with a strong ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners.
