We're seeking a dedicated and passionate teaching professional to join our team at outstanding SEND schools in Oxford.

This challenging yet rewarding opportunity offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering tailored education programs for pupils with unique needs outlined in their EHCP.
  • Fostering a supportive learning environment that encourages students to explore, learn, and grow.

Requirements:

  • Relevant teaching qualification or equivalent experience in an educational setting.
  • Experience working with children and young people with SEND, including autism, learning disabilities, and physical or sensory needs.
  • A flexible and proactive approach, with a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
  • The ability to travel to the site (own transport preferred but not essential).

Competitive Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 per annum
