We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Professional to join our team at an outstanding Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Oxford.

Job Overview

This role involves working with children and young people who have special educational needs and disabilities, including autism, learning disabilities, and physical or sensory needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver tailored education programs for students with SEN, adhering to their Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
  • Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Relevant teaching qualification or equivalent experience in an educational setting.
  • Proven ability to work with children and young people with SEN, including those with autism, learning disabilities, and physical or sensory needs.
  • Flexible approach, with a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
  • Ability to travel to the site (own transport preferred but not essential).
