At Valerian Court Care Home, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Culinary Support Associate to join our kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for supporting the preparation and delivery of high-quality meals, ensuring a safe and clean kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in food preparation, maintaining efficiency and standards.
- Maintain general cleanliness and tidiness in the kitchen area, including equipment and appliances.
- Receive, check, and safely store kitchen deliveries, ensuring all items are properly accounted for.
- Implement safe food handling principles to ensure highest standards of food safety.
- Follow established cleaning procedures for surfaces and equipment.
