About the Role:
As a classroom learning associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and engaging children in learning activities. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable primary school in Didcot and contribute to the academic success of students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the class teacher with lesson planning and delivery
  • Assist children with numeracy and literacy tasks

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a degree-level qualification, ideally in education or a related field. A strong academic background and a 2:2 or above are required. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years' experience as a teaching assistant or in a similar role. Additionally, a minimum of a C grade in GCSE Maths and English is necessary.

Work Arrangements:
This is a full-time contract that runs for the entire academic year. The salary for this position is £83-£90 per day. You will also receive a one-year contract. The location for this role is Didcot, and the employer is Academics Ltd.
