We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Professional Office Associate to join our team at Complete Care Plus Services. As a Professional Office Associate, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Manage and prepare correspondence, reports, drafts, and emails.
  2. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments, manage travel arrangements, and prepare meeting agendas and schedules.
  3. Record, compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings, sort and distribute incoming mail, and maintain office supplies.

You will work closely with our team to ensure the timely completion of tasks and projects. You will also assist with administrative tasks such as setting up clients and all relevant paperwork for new referrals, writing letters, chasing up and following up any outstanding client-related tasks.

Requirements
  • Familiarity with working in a professional office environment.
  • Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $35,000 and $45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
