Maths Learning Facilitator

We require a qualified Maths teacher with recent experience teaching in a mainstream secondary school setting. The ideal candidate should possess strong classroom management skills, a relevant degree in Maths or a related field, and experience working with students who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Job Requirements:- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification for secondary school teaching.
- Demonstrate the ability to plan and deliver comprehensive lessons that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
- Achieve academic success by assessing student performance, providing timely feedback, and adapting instruction to meet individual needs.
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Step Teachers values teachers who take pride in their work and provide tailored education to meet students' individual needs.
