Job Overview:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our service and administration team as a Service Coordinator. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, processing orders and quotes, planning and scheduling works, and coordinating the hire fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
- Process orders and quotes, working closely with customers to understand their needs.
- Plan and schedule works, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and optimize resources.
- Coordinate the hire fleet, ensuring vehicles are properly maintained and allocated to meet customer demand.
- Monitor contractual performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
About You:
- You have previous administrative experience in a similar industry, with a strong understanding of scheduling and project management.
- You possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- You are highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
