Brook Street Social Care is seeking a skilled Health and Social Care professional to join our team in Cardiff. As an Assessor: Community, you will be responsible for supporting learners to achieve their NVQs in Health and Social Care - Children and young people.

This is a hybrid role offering the flexibility of working both from home and within the community. You will be covering learners within an hour's radius of your home address.

The estimated salary for this role is up to £26,000 per annum. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing and supporting learners to achieve their NVQs in Health and Social Care - Children and young people.
  • Planning and delivering high-quality training sessions tailored to individual learner needs.
  • Monitoring and reviewing learner progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
