RWE Renewables UK Management Ltd.
We are seeking an experienced Onshore Development Officer to join our Onshore Property and Origination team in the UK & Ireland. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand our onshore renewables development portfolio in England & Wales.

This role involves working closely with internal teams, including Development Project Managers, to drive project development activities and acquire necessary land rights. You will also support the Origination Managers in identifying new target projects for our RWER pipeline and build relationships with land agents, landowners, and consultants to secure development and wider land rights for RWER projects in Wales & England.

Our ideal candidate will have a Degree level in a relevant discipline, such as Real Estate or Land Law, and be a member of (or working towards membership of) the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and/or Central Association of Agricultural Valuers (CAAV). They will also possess strong commercial acumen, knowledge of property law, and experience in renewable market dynamics and current trends in land transaction activity.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, flexible working options, and opportunities for personal development through training and further education.
