Job Overview
Mantell Gwynedd is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Youth Justice Service Coordinator. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with young people, community groups, and local authorities to deliver effective support and interventions.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating Community Panel Meetings, developing contracts of work for young people, and providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the referral order process.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate Community Panel Meetings, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services
- Develop contracts of work for young people, outlining clear goals and objectives
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to young people, monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement
Requirements
- Relevant experience in youth justice or a related field
- Strong understanding of referral order processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: £29,500 - £32,000 per annum
Location: Gwynedd and Anglesey
