As a Residential Childcare Officer, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people aged 6-18 who require care and support in residential homes.

Your primary responsibilities will include providing direct care to young people, ensuring the home meets its standards and expectations, and safeguarding the welfare of children. You will also contribute to the development and well-being of young people through various activities and interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

In return, you will receive a competitive £32,000 - £36,000 per annum salary with enhanced payments for unsocial hours, a 37-hour work week with flexible working arrangements, and a positive work-life balance.
