About The Role

We are seeking experienced social workers to join our locality teams, working with children and young people through robust assessment, outcome-focused planning and effective intervention. You will work in partnership with families and multi-agency colleagues, intervening to address both presenting concerns and underlying difficulties.

What We Are Looking For
  • Robust safeguarding and child protection experience
  • Confidence with court proceedings
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
  • Front-line post-qualifying experience in child protection services
  • A degree in Social Work
  • Excellent skills in assessment and the ability to write concise records and reports
  • Good team player, with excellent communication, organisation and IT skills
