Job Description

This exciting opportunity is for a skilled Senior Town Planner to join our Bristol or Cardiff team. As a key member of our team, you will work on a range of impactful and high-profile projects, guiding them from inception to completion while managing client relationships and mentoring junior planners.

As a Senior Town Planner, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing a diverse portfolio of planning projects.
  • Providing expert planning advice to clients and internal teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Chartered status with the RTPI.
  • A solid track record in town planning.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of planning legislation and policy.
  • Experience in a planning consultancy or local authority.
