Job Overview
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team at the Cardiff & Vale University Health Board. As a Crisis Recovery Unit nurse, you will work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality care to clients and their families in acute crisis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver community-based care services, working closely with clients, families, and carers.
- Monitor and review treatment plans, ensuring seamless integration with hospital and community resources.
- Develop and maintain specialist skills and knowledge to reflect the evolving needs of our service.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary reviews and meetings to ensure effective care coordination and communication.

Requirements
- MH Nurse BA Degree (accepted)
- Knowledge of Psychological Intervention (essential)
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £34,000-£41,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, annual leave, and professional development opportunities.
