Sales Enablement Program Manager, Channel Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Program Manager to join our team in London, UK. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our indirect sales channel and drive sales success for Trimble's customers in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AECO) sector.
As a Sales Enablement Program Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that build sales skills and knowledge among our indirect sales partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable processes for global channel communications and training, leveraging existing content and programs where possible.
Your primary focus will be on Europe, but your impact will be felt globally. You will collaborate with sales enablement peers to leverage direct sales content, adapting it to the needs of the channel, and accelerate onboarding and upskilling, increase product knowledge, and optimize tools.
About Your Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of work experience in sales, sales enablement, or learning & development, preferably with a hardware or software company
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, and a meticulous attention to detail
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design or related discipline
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
